Returns and Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges: The customer will have 30 days from the delivery date of the order to request an exchange. Please note that if the product is exchanged for one of lesser value than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be retained as store credit for your next purchase; no money refunds are made. For purchases of items on sale, exchanges will only be offered for size. In case the desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
    The cost of shipping for the new product and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the exchanged item.
  • Returns: If the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our company in USD.
  • Claims: Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the product, in writing via email to info@seasalt.co. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days from the delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent: original packaging, parts, accessories, and attached labels, without alteration and without signs of use. Transportation costs to the company will be assumed by the buyer.
