Terms of Service

  1. Orders will be processed within 1 or 2 business days and shipped accordingly.

  2. The estimated delivery date for your order is between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping location; however, this may vary due to customs delays. The products will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS COLOMBIA LTDA.

  3. Shipping is free for orders over 200 USD. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. A tracking number will be provided with your order.

  5. In case of a return, shipping will be free for orders over 350 USD. If the order is under 350 USD, the customer will cover the shipping cost to return the product to our company in US dollars.

  6. In case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost for the new product, and the customer will cover the cost of shipping the item being exchanged.

  7. Exchanges: the customer will have 30 days from the delivery date of their order to make the exchange. Please note that if the product is exchanged for another of lower value than the initial purchase, the remaining balance will be kept as store credit for your next purchase, as no refunds will be issued. For promotional items, only size exchanges will be offered. If no stock is available, store credit will be issued.

  8. Claims: must be made within 5 days after receiving the product, in writing to info@seasalt.co. The refund of the paid amount will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days from the delivery date of the product. The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent, including original packaging, pieces, accessories, and labels attached, without alteration and showing no signs of use. Shipping costs to our company will be borne by the buyer.

  9. Prices: are displayed on the site depending on the country where you are located. In Colombia, they are in Colombian Pesos (COP $), and outside Colombia, in US Dollars (USD $). In no case are the USD prices calculated based on the COP exchange rate, as they are differentiated for products sold outside of Colombia.

  10. SALE: For sale items, the discount is already applied to the final price of each garment.
